The initial purpose of this album was to purge my hard drive of some unfinished soundscapes, ideas and leftovers from my previous release, The Full Length of Dorset Road. As I got into tweaking some of these files into more ‘completed’ compositions, I was inspired to write a few new works and the whole project gained some sort of conceptual focus.

While being entirely instrumental, these compositions all (in their own unique way) have a sense of isolation, outcast, unease – generally not fitting in or feeling a set identity.
